The evening Guild meets every Monday at 7.30pm from the beginning of October to the end of March. We start with devotions lasting about 15 mins after which there is a speaker or a demonstration or perhaps entertainment, which lasts about one hour. We then have tea and finish with devotions. The programme of speakers is very varied with illustrated talks both serious and humorous and we have special nights for celebrations, such as St Andrew’s night, Christmas, Burns and St Valentine. We also have Bring and Buy sales to raise funds for our projects and a coffee evening which is also a fund raiser. Outings include a theatre night, bus run or dinner. Membership is generally around 52.
