The class meets in the Forum at the rear of the church on Mondays (7.00 - 8.00pm) and on Saturday mornings (9.00-10.00am). Classes, which cost £2 per class, are led by qualified physiotherapists and are designed to help members of all ages and fitness to keep fit. |
